Calm Clothes: Storage Tips

I'm in two minds as to whether Ebay is actually the best place to sell online anymore when it comes to second hands clothes. With so many other sites like Vinted and Depop where you can set your price, I am starting to feel like I am selling my clothes at a quarter of what they should be going for, purely becasue the clock stopped counting down and the final bidder won. But I digress.

Regardless of which platform I use, I am a massive fan of selling my second hand clothes and I highly recommend it. I give away many items to charity shops too; but, where I can, I like to try and put a bit of extra money into my paypal account through the likes of ebay.
Out Of One And In To...Where?
I almost weekly sift through my wardrobe and take bits out which I have grown out of love with; things which no longer suit my evolving style, have been there for a decade with rare trips out, haven't been worn for many a moon or which simply got lost at the back. I find it very satisfying. But once the clothes are out of your wardrobe...where do you store them?
I tried hanging them in the downstairs coat cupboard but there wasn't the space. I tried a box but it just overflowed. I tried stuffing it all behind the dining table but I knew it was there and it upset my inner balance!!!!!
So where?
Anxiety that "things need doing" is a real issue for me, so something as simple as neatly packing up my clothes, ready to be sold, is a very simple, but effective way to calm my mind.
Lightbulb Moment
A few months ago I bought a couple of duvets sets for my children. I kept the large, clear, zip-up bags they came in citing that "They may come in handy" (much like those 5 inch silver sandals which I haven't worn for years but "may do again one day"). The difference is, these bags actually have come to be very useful indeed...for storing, neatly and clearly, all my ebay stock.
I know this may be obvious to some of you, but ensuring that even the bits which are "out of sight" are organised to some degree is such a weight off your mind. Anxiety that "things need doing" is a real issue for me, so something as simple as neatly packing up my clothes, ready to be sold, is a very simple, but effective way to calm my mind as I don't need to keep doing it. It is a single, complete job which I can get the satisfaction of each time I look at those tidily stacked bags.
