Use The CALM MUMMY METHOD's calm cleaning plan however suits you best!
For example, if you want to write down what has been done each day, buy yourself a lovely journal such as this beauty and keep a note so you can stay on top of what is left to be done or to get a sense of calm from a job well done.

I just do the cleaning as I go, but I know many of you may like the satisfaction of a Complete & Calm List...things which have been done!
Generally a list doesn't appease my own anxiety or add anything to my sense of satisfaction, so I don't do one, but if it works better for you mentally and/or also if you need to remember for the following week then please absolutely feel free!
Stick a list on the fridge or place a journal in the kitchen or by your bed and enjoy the great feeling of being a Calm Mummy.
